Crave Fitness vs Hevy
Hevy is a gym-first strength logger. Crave also logs gym sessions — last weights, templates, rest timer, body map, PBs — and keeps those sessions on the same weekly plan as runs, rides and swims from Apple Health. If you only lift, Hevy may be enough. If your week is mixed, Crave is built for that.
