Crave Fitness vs Strava
Strava is a social network for endurance activities. Crave is a weekly planner and gym logger that reads those runs, rides and swims from Apple Health. Crave does not sync with Strava yet, and it is not a kudos feed. Many people can use both: Strava for the social record, Crave for the week that also includes lifting.

When to choose Crave
- You care about the week as a whole, including gym sessions Strava will not plan.
- You want unique roads from Health GPS, not a social feed.
- You already record Watch workouts to Apple Health.
When to choose Strava instead
- You want clubs, a feed, and segments.
- You do not lift, or you are happy keeping the gym in another app.
- You need Android or a large existing Strava history as the system of record.
