1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Crave Fitness (“the Service”), including the website and iOS app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Crave Fitness is a fitness tracking application that allows you to plan and log workouts (including strength training); optionally sync activities from Apple Health on iOS; view analytics, progress, and personal bests; and set goals and follow a weekly training plan. Crave is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise programme.

3. User accounts

You may use Crave on this device without an account. To sync across devices you create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for activity under your account, and for notifying us of unauthorised use. You may delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion removes your Crave account and associated data stored by us, as described in our Privacy Policy. It does not remove data stored in Apple Health on your device.

4. Apple Health and third-party connections

If you allow Crave to read Apple Health data, or connect a third-party platform, you authorise us to access, store, and process that data solely to provide the Service. You can revoke Apple Health access in iOS Settings. Revoking access stops future sync; previously synced data may remain until you delete it or delete your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access; interfere with or disrupt the Service; use automated systems to access the Service without permission; share account credentials; or reverse engineer except as allowed by law.

6. Data accuracy and availability

We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of data from Apple Health or third-party platforms; uninterrupted availability; compatibility with all devices; or real-time synchronisation.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Crave Fitness and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your fitness data. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crave Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Service modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice, and are not liable to you for such changes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time as described above.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
